Refund and Returns Policy – RUPABD

At RUPABD, we take pride in delivering original and high-quality products. Due to the personal and sensitive nature of our items, most products are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, we do offer refunds or replacements under certain valid conditions outlined below.

Eligible Return Conditions

You may request a return or replacement only if:

• You received the wrong item

• The product was physically damaged or defective upon delivery

• The product is expired or has crossed its shelf life

• You report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product

In such cases, we may request photo or video proof of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and health safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

• Delay sprays

• Enhancement creams or gels

• Capsules or tablets

• Opened or used products

• Any item without its original packaging

Return Process

If your case meets the return conditions:

2. Provide your order ID, reason for return, and supporting photo/video evidence

3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days

4. If approved, we’ll arrange a product replacement or refund (excluding delivery charges)

Refunds (If Applicable)

• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or via mobile banking

• It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on the payment channel

• Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable

Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped

• Once shipped, cancellation or refund is not applicable unless the product is damaged or incorrect
